**Holiday return policy: same as below but extended through January 14th**

Returns are only accepted on tagged, unworn, full price, merchandise with PROOF of purchase within 14 days after the receipt of your items. Items must be postmarked within that 14-day period. A refund, minus shipping, will be issued once your merchandise is received. Please allow 2-3 days after we receive your merchandise to get a refund email.

All custom orders are final sale. No exceptions.

CLEARANCE/DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE

Clearance merchandise is FINAL SALE. No exceptions. Clearance merchandise is defined as anything that is within the SALE category of our website. If you mail a clearance item back to us, we will charge you for shipping back to you and an additional $10 handling fee.

Full price merchandise that was discounted through the use of a promo or coupon code greater than 15% is subject to the above rules regarding clearance merchandise.
